I've just got a Blackberry from work, although I've been a handheld email user for years (Treo), it's very interesting to step into the world of crackberries. My old Treo email polled the server every 2 hours, although this could be reduced to 5 minutes. But not realtime. Which, I think, is where the addiction stems from.
